JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a professional and efficient Secretary and Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The ideal candidate will manage clerical tasks, assist in administrative processes, and contribute to an organized and productive work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
· Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes
· Draft, format, and print relevant documents and correspondence
· Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
· Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry
· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
· Support in organizing company events
· Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-maintained
QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum of 3 years of executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
· Bachelor’s degree in any related filed.
· Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must. Any other language is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
· Professionalism in Appearance to reflect the position.
