Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, office, Villa, apartments daily, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and service areas.
- Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow proper procedures for the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Respect guest privacy and adhere to the “Do Not Disturb” policy.
- Handle and report lost and found items according to company procedures.
- Ensure carts, trolleys, bags and housekeeping closets are clean and stocked.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
