Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms, office, Villa, apartments daily, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and service areas.
  • Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow proper procedures for the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Respect guest privacy and adhere to the “Do Not Disturb” policy.
  • Handle and report lost and found items according to company procedures.
  • Ensure carts, trolleys, bags and housekeeping closets are clean and stocked.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with laundry or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
