We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Staff. The ideal candidate will manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with JAFZA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Handle customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Manage sales and client relationships within the logistics workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations and documentation.
  • Resolve logistics issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records using logistics management tools and software.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Experience with JAFZA regulations is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
  • Preferably experience in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
