We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Representative & Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, converting consultations into treatments and to manage front-desk operations and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous experience in an aesthetic, medical, or wellness clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the clinic’s aesthetic and medical services to new and existing clients
• Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
• Handle appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
• Convert consultations into sales through excellent product knowledge and customer care.
• Welcome clients and handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling
• Provide information on treatments and promote services/products.
• Maintain accurate client records and handle follow-ups
