About the Role:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting customized travel experiences, managing end-to-end bookings, and providing expert advice to Arabic-speaking clients. You’ll need to bring deep regional knowledge, exceptional service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel planning, bookings (flights, hotels, tours, transport), and itinerary creation
• Offer expert travel guidance in Arabic and English
• Provide support with visa processes and travel documentation
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Build strong relationships with clients and travel partners
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the travel journey

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
• Proficient in using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of international travel, destinations, and regulations
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
