Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Service Executive with experience in the Exhibitions, Retail Display Solutions, Visual Merchandising, Signage, or Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to design, production, and installation teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client issues proactively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project updates.
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in client servicing within the signage, display, exhibitions, or fit-out industry.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
• Experience in handling visual merchandising or exhibition setups.
• Familiarity with project management tools and client reporting.
