Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive property pricing.
• Generate and manage property listings on various platforms.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings or open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate transactions from listing to closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.
