Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our luxury cleaning team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality cleaning services with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential or commercial properties according to luxury service standards.
• Clean all assigned areas, including floors, carpets, upholstery, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, floor polishers, and other tools safely and effectively.
• Handle and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including use of eco-friendly products.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Communicate politely and professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear the company uniform and ID badge at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in professional cleaning preferred, especially in luxury or hospitality settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to adhere to company standards and protocols strictly.
