Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
- Understand client preferences and recommend the perfect floral and gift arrangements.
- Share product knowledge with confidence to guide customer choices.
- Deliver professional and personalized customer service in line with our brand standards.
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and creative product displays.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English, Arabic / Russian is required.
- Previous retail, hospitality, luxury sales, or flower shop experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident, approachable, and professional.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
- Must be available to join immediately.
