About Us:

Element 4 Solutions LLC is an established contracting company in Dubai with over 18 years of experience specializing in construction and interior fit-out works. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team to support site operations, material transport, and staff movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction and fit-out project sites.
• Pick up and drop off company staff, subcontractors, and clients as instructed.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain proper delivery records.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, regular servicing, and ensure all documents (registration, insurance, etc.) are up to date.
• Coordinate with the procurement and site teams for delivery schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials when required.
• Follow all UAE traffic rules and company safety policies.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the management.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Manual / Light Vehicle mandatory; Heavy Vehicle license is an advantage).
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in Dubai, preferably in construction or fit-out industry.
• Good knowledge of Dubai routes, industrial areas, and project site locations.
• Ability to communicate in English (basic speaking and reading).
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
• Flexible with work hours and willing to support site needs as required.
