- Play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing corporate travel bookings – flights, hotels, visas & transfers
- Handle ticketing and reservations efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Arrange corporate travel, securing the best rates and services for clients while ensuring compliance with travel policies.
- Ensure all travel bookings comply with client policies and budgets.
- Handle travel emergencies and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel reports.
- Work closely with our team to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Requirements and skills
- 2+ years in Corporate Travel consulting & ticketing
- Strong knowledge of international travel, airlines, and visa processes
- Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software’s like Amadeus, Galileo and basic office applications.
- Outstanding communication and client-management skills.
- A passion for creating seamless travel experiences.
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Handle payments, refunds and payment-related inquiries ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.
