  • Play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing corporate travel bookings – flights, hotels, visas & transfers
  • Handle ticketing and reservations efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Arrange corporate travel, securing the best rates and services for clients while ensuring compliance with travel policies.
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with client policies and budgets.
  • Handle travel emergencies and provide prompt solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel reports.
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Requirements and skills

  • 2+ years in Corporate Travel consulting & ticketing
  • Strong knowledge of international travel, airlines, and visa processes
  • Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software’s like Amadeus, Galileo and basic office applications.
  • Outstanding communication and client-management skills.
  • A passion for creating seamless travel experiences.
  • Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Handle payments, refunds and payment-related inquiries ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.
