Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement, storage, and documentation of materials, equipment, and deliveries. Candidates with experience in scaffolding or construction logistics are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and returns of scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
• Coordinate with the site team, warehouse, and transport providers for efficient scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and tracking records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Assist in optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the construction or scaffolding industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software is an advantage.
