Job Description:

· Be the face of the branch, engaging with guests, resolving issues with elegance, and building loyal relationships.

· Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

· Monitor sales, upselling performance, guest feedback, and outlet KPIs.

· Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and shift coverage for the outlet.

· Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

· Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and Dubai Municipality compliance across FOH and BOH.

· Control inventory, minimize waste, and ensure the outlet runs efficiently.

· Coordinate with the F&B Manager on reports, inventory, and larger company initiatives.

· Report directly to the F&B Manager, providing daily/weekly operational updates.

Requirements:

· Proven minimum 3 years of leadership experience in UAE.

· A natural leader who can inspire confidence, motivate teams, and handle pressure with calm professionalism.

· Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality F&B standards and hygiene compliance.

· Proficiency in both English and Russian with excellent communication skills.

· Passion for specialty coffee culture and luxury dining experiences.

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
