Job Title: Assistant Data Entry – Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and files.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and generate required reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and record management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 1 year as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fresher are also considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
