Job Title: Assistant Data Entry – Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and files.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Assist with administrative tasks and generate required reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and record management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1 year as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Fresher are also considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
