Your Role
Lead the full sales cycle for OMNIYAT’s flagship developments, from presentation to closure.- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our uncompromising standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors, partners, and luxury brokers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to align strategy and execution.
- Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and craft bespoke sales strategies for each project.
What we are looking for
Proven track record in high-value real estate sales, preferably within Dubai’s luxury segment.- Sophisticated communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with HNWIs.
- Deep understanding of the ultra-prime real estate market and investor expectations.
- A polished, articulate, and confident professional who thrives in exclusive circles.
