Job Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties under the best terms.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Market properties through advertisements, online platforms, and open houses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with real estate trends, regulations, and market developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
- Successful sales record in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pleasant, trustworthy, and client-focused personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online marketing platforms.
- Valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license in UAE.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
