How does your working day look like …
Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of Juna, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, vendor relationships, and overall restaurant efficiency.- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Address guest feedback and strive to continuously improve service standards.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Monitor and achieve revenue targets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
- Training and Development: Implement and oversee a comprehensive training program for all staff members to ensure consistency in service quality and adherence to company standards.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements. Maintain a safe and sanitary restaurant environment at all times.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
Qualifications

- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
- Group Trainer certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of senior management experience in a large Food & Beverage area in a premium and/or luxury establishments
- Pre-opening or major refurbishment experience in a similar operation
- Middle East experience
- Advanced level – Microsoft Office applications
- High level of written and verbal Business English
- Strong creative and/or design skills
