Job Description:
Al Rawnaq Perfumes is looking for a Procurement Officer to handle local and international purchases. The ideal candidate should have experience in the perfume or cosmetics industry, and be skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure best value.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up until goods are received.
• Handle shipping and customs clearance procedures.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with departments to identify purchasing needs.
• Prepare regular procurement and supplier reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (preferably in perfumes or cosmetics).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in procurement systems and MS Office.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• Preference for Arabic nationality candidates.
