Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities for the Theatre of Digital Art and Laser Shows operations. This includes developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and securing partnerships and corporate bookings. The role requires strong commercial acumen, creativity, and collaboration with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and ensure event profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate and convert new B2B leads daily through calls, meetings, and networking (minimum 10 new outreach contacts per day).
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, agency, and event clients.
- Drive the full sales process — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and payment follow-up.
- Keep CRM fully updated with accurate data on prospects, deals, and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly sales reports with pipeline status and revenue forecast.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that bring qualified leads.
- Represent TODA at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow our client base.
- Work closely with finance to ensure 100% payment collection before event delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in B2B sales with direct revenue targets (hospitality, events, entertainment preferred).
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to turn “maybe” into “yes”.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
- Must be currently in UAE, available for face-to-face interview, and ready to start immediately.
- This is a target-based role — success will be measured strictly by closed revenue and client retention.
