The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to close high-value deals in a competitive environment.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills: ? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. ? Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in selling luxury properties or off-plan projects is a plus. ? Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. ? Preferred: RERA certification (if applicable). Strong network of clients and brokers in the real estate industry. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
