Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading cargo from trucks, trailers, or containers within the yard.
• Support in arranging, stacking, and securing cargo in designated yard areas as per supervisor instructions.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials for easy retrieval and tracking.
• Assist equipment operators during cargo movement, guiding forklift and reach stacker operations when required.
• Perform manual handling and cargo counting as per delivery or dispatch requirements.
• Maintain yard cleanliness, remove waste materials, and ensure the storage area is free of hazards.
• Report any damages, leaks, or unsafe conditions immediately to the Yard Supervisor.
• Support in inventory checks and physical verification during audits or monthly reporting.
• Assist in preparing materials for delivery or collection as instructed by the operations team.
