Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Wipe down and sanitize all countertops, tables, and food preparation areas.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors regularly.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, such as grills, ovens, and refrigerators.
- Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
- Empty and clean trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste separation and removal.
- Perform deep cleaning on equipment and surfaces as scheduled, which may include descaling appliances or cleaning ventilation systems.
- Promptly report any maintenance or repair needs, such as faulty equipment or hazards, to the Chef or manager.
- Restock cleaning supplies, towels, and other necessary materials to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, storing tools and supplies in their proper places.
