• Clean, wash, and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Collect and dispose of garbage, recycling, and food waste in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and proper storage of food supplies and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, and drains.
