Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Ensure all delivery documentation, reports, and feedback are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service reports, and client interactions.
- Support post-delivery activities, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and customer feedback collection.
