We are currently seeking a Security Manager for our client, a contracting company under an established developer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance the security operations across all their project sites.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and procedures.
– Monitor and ensure security compliance across construction sites.
– Conduct risk assessments and recommend security upgrades as necessary.
– Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
– Train and manage security personnel to ensure high standards of vigilance and professionalism.
– Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for permits, compliance, and emergency coordination.
– Maintain surveillance systems and access control measures to safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or contracting sector.
– Prior experience in the military or police force will be a strong advantage.
– Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment procedures, and emergency response planning.
– Familiarity with Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and other regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
