Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
  • Manage office administration and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain petty cash and financial records.
  • Assist with HR and payroll tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Support management with reports and correspondence.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
  • Support team members with various administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and admin roles.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks / Excel).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or HR procedures.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
