The Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Admissions Officers to join our GCC team, managing student recruitment and training activities across international markets. This role requires a proactive professional who can engage with prospective students, partner institutions, and corporate clients, helping them navigate their academic journey with NEXT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from potential adult students and guide them through the admissions process.
• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, explaining course structures, entry requirements, and career outcomes.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth intake operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, corporate partners, and regional representatives.
• Support international recruitment campaigns, info sessions, and digital outreach initiatives.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or training sector roles (preferably in higher or executive education).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in managing CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• A positive, goal-driven attitude and ability to work in multicultural environments.
