  • Assist in the creation and management of quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Source products and supplies locally, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Generate delivery notes and sales orders.
  • Follow up on orders to guarantee timely delivery, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
  • Utilize Excel and ERP systems efficiently for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and manage shipping documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and favorable terms.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
