Job description:

This role would manage the reception of the Directors office and will assist them in some administrative tasks such as maintaining documentations, International visa process, appointments, managing emails and serving as the first point of contact for VIP clients.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming: Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and courteous welcome to clients and visitors. Assist the guests in settling down and giving refreshments. Maintain logs and monitor office entry procedures.
  • Front Desk Management: Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for Directors.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and schedule outgoing courier services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Directors with tasks such as scheduling appointments, international visa process, preparing meeting rooms, Travel arrangements, copying and data entry.
  • Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area, common areas organized and supplies stocked.

Requirements:

Candidate with any under graduate degree with 1-2 years experience as Executive assistant or front office management.

Strong communication, organizing and time management skills.

Fluent in Hindi and English is mandatory to the role.

Proficiency in MS office software.

Handle confidential information’s.

Candidate who can join immediately will be given preference.
