  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Please provide accurate information about our inspection services and packages.
  • Assist customers with booking appointments and answering pre- and post-service questions.
  • Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a calm and solution-focused manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to relay customer needs and service issues.
