Job Description:
SBK Real Estate Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, including patrol and inspection of properties and tenant collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the properties to ensure the safety and security of tenants and assets.
- Handle tenant collections and ensure compliance with property management policies.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing appropriate actions and reports.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of security activities and incidents.
- Liaise with tenants and address their security concerns effectively.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
