We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with expertise in interior fit-out works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil, MEP, and joinery works and possess the skills to manage and execute projects to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
• Oversee daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors and labor teams to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timeline standards.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and design teams to address on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate timely delivery to the site.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards.
• Address and resolve any quality concerns or deficiencies on-site.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed daily progress reports, including manpower, materials, and work completed.
• Track project milestones and report updates to management.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines and regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in supervising interior fit-out projects, including civil, MEP, and joinery works.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
• Valid UAE Driving License (is a plus).
