Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist in seating arrangements
  • Support the management of reservations and walk-ins
  • Answer guest inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Provide basic information about the restaurant, menu, and ongoing promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and entrance area
  • Assist in coordinating guest flow during busy periods
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Support the overall front-of-house operations as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a hospitality, customer service, or front-desk role (restaurant experience preferred)
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
