Riti Realty is a fast-growing real estate agency in Dubai with a strong track record in property sales and leasing. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Preferred) to work across Dubai’s most dynamic communities, offering clients exceptional property solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales & leasing of residential properties including apartments, villas, penthouses, and waterfront units.
• Advertise and market properties through online portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and handle negotiations.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s market trends, rental rates, and community developments.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and assist with property transfers in line with RERA requirements.
• Work with both company-provided leads and actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and telesales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 months+ experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and residential property types.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai property portals and RERA compliance.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
