Job Description We are a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai seeking an experienced and results-driven Call Center Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in aesthetic or cosmetic clinic sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to clinic services, promotions, and appointments
  • Convert leads into consultations and confirmed bookings
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about treatments, packages, and procedures
  • Maintain a high conversion rate and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through follow-ups and consistent communication
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data
  • Coordinate with the reception, medical, and marketing teams for smooth operations
  • Upsell services and packages in a professional and ethical manner
  • Manage client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (when needed)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or sales role within an aesthetic or dermatology clinic
  • Proven track record in sales conversion and achieving targets
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional phone manner
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures is essential
  • Proficient in using CRM and booking software
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentable and well-groomed personality
