- Collaborate with restaurant manager to set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Define and drive weekly/monthly line targets with the team.
- Develop strategies to improve the average monthly check and generate sales.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to boost sales.
- Leverage mall events effectively to increase profitability.
- Implement and drive customer loyalty programs.
- Oversee and manage aggregator platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to ensure profitability.
Customer
- Foster a customer-centric culture by turning customers into brand promoters.
- Ensure staff consistently implement brand service standards and the SOS framework.
- Address customer queries and feedback promptly (within 24 hours).
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, from welcoming to farewell.
- Maintain the restaurant’s image by suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Ensure speed of service aligns with brand standards.
- Treat every guest as a VIP and ensure their satisfaction.
- Supervise and evaluate staff and work procedures to maintain quality standards, ensure excellent customer service, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
Internal Process
