Responsibilities

• Managing all installation of water purifier, air purifier and shower filter.
• Managing all repair, maintenance and test tasks of active customers.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Preparing timely and detailed service reports for maintenance services
• Cooperating with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehending customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Building positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• Proven work experience in field service as a technician.
• A valid UAE Manual driving license
• Should have know PCB board fixing, compressor installation and electrical work.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Good time-management skills.
