Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to support our team and help shape our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee queries and support performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with UAE labor regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
