Catering Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, client relations, and team leadership, with proven experience in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for corporate, private, and large-scale events
  • Manage food preparation, presentation, and delivery to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene
  • Supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and logistics personnel
  • Develop menus in collaboration with chefs, tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle client inquiries, quotations, and contracts professionally
  • Maintain budgetary control and optimize cost-efficiency
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of catering management experience in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable not mandatory.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Working Conditions

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings based on event requirements
  • On-site and off-site event coordination
