Role Overview:
The Account Supervisor will manage client accounts within the toy distribution business, ensuring efficient order processing, smooth coordination between warehouse and delivery teams, and strong customer relationships. This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely order processing and delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and showroom teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability for key accounts
  • Prepare account performance reports and assist with forecasting
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management or distribution (toy industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship management ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
