Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage front-desk operations with a professional attitude
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and client bookings
- Coordinate appointments efficiently using our booking system
- Provide information about treatments and services
- Maintain daily schedules and support the team in ensuring smooth operations
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Manage payment transactions and issue receipts
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming at all times
- Assist with inventory checks, filing, and light administrative duties
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Presentable and well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills
- Preferably with experience in an aesthetic clinic or the beauty industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience:
- Receptionist in UAE: 2 years (Required)
- Experience in beauty or aesthetic industry (Preferred)
