Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and manage front-desk operations with a professional attitude
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and client bookings
  • Coordinate appointments efficiently using our booking system
  • Provide information about treatments and services
  • Maintain daily schedules and support the team in ensuring smooth operations
  • Build positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Manage payment transactions and issue receipts
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming at all times
  • Assist with inventory checks, filing, and light administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Presentable and well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with experience in an aesthetic clinic or the beauty industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience:

  • Receptionist in UAE: 2 years (Required)
  • Experience in beauty or aesthetic industry (Preferred)
