We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our Italian restaurant team.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and knowledge of Italian cuisine operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

Manage and train staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Control inventory, minimize wastage, and assist in ordering supplies.

Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Support management in achieving sales targets and reporting daily performance.

Education & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.

Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or 3) — required.

Experience in Italian or fine dining restaurants preferred.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic or Italian language is a plus).
