Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Prepare employment letters, memos, and HR correspondence.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees (joining formalities, documentation, orientation).
- Coordinate with PRO/HR officer for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and overtime summaries.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and timesheets.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related information.
- Ensure all HR documents are filed, organized, and easily retrievable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Assistant / HR Administrator in a construction company in the UAE.
- Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
