Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day courier operations (pickup, delivery & sorting).
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment tracking and ensure service quality.
• Manage routing, scheduling, and dispatch planning for efficient deliveries.
• Maintain operational reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and courier regulations.
• Handle customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
• Support the setup and process improvement of the new courier division.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in courier or express delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international courier processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and courier tracking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
