We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Executive Director at our Ajman Free Zone office.

This is a full-time, office-based position that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating communication with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and executive support to the Director.
  • Handle office coordination, documentation, filing, and data management.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence in Word and Excel.
  • Follow up with clients, suppliers, and training partners.
  • Assist in registrations, scheduling, and daily office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a professional work environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Based in Ajman or nearby areas (able to work in Ajman Free Zone daily).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently in a small office environment.

Employment Details

  • Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (inclusive)
  • Benefits: Employment visa, basic medical insurance (as applicable), annual leave, and mentorship directly from the Executive Director.
  • Start Date: Immediate
