Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, answering and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer telephone calls (Customers/Consultants/Govt authorities/Clients) and respond or connect to concerned departments
  • Act as secretary maintaining confidential files of management
  • Initiate communication by mails as requested and support project team by taking xerox copies and filing documents and making sure of stationery availability
  • Support with data entry and attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Organise Travel and hotel stay
  • Manage Social Media
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

1) 2 yrs experience in the same field 2) Lady Candidate and very presentable 3) Bilingual and Arabic speaking an advantage

Salary range 4000-5000 Aed/month +air tickets+medical+transport +tel
