We are hiring an experienced Investment Support Specialist , If you have a strong background in financial operations and vendor coordination, and you’re ready to contribute to a fast-paced investment environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Review Proof of Execution (POE) and validate invoices
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to release vendor payments
  • Follow up with vendors and suppliers on investment-related matters
  • Assist in budget preparation, fund tracking, and allocation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for investment activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or investment support
  • Strong understanding of financial documentation and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in accounts payable or vendor management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Own visa preferred

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary up to AED 12,000/month, based on experience
  • Additional benefits as per company policy
