Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• Maintain continuous surveillance of assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Coordinate with the security team and emergency services in case of incidents.
• Record and document security incidents and maintain daily activity logs.
• Ensure CCTV systems are functioning correctly; report any technical issues to the relevant department.
• Follow SIRA and local UAE regulations, privacy laws, and company policies.
• Assist in investigations by providing recorded footage when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms, intrusions, or unauthorized access.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle all footage/data with discretion.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA CCTV Operator License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role
• Familiarity with modern CCTV systems and surveillance technology
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
