Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities through a consultative sales approach. You will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, driving sales growth with both new and existing supermarket outlets across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Business Development: Proactively generate business from new customer accounts while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
- Client Negotiation: Manage complex sales negotiations with senior-level executives and decision-makers at supermarket outlets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport and establish long-term, profitable relationships with customers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilise the company’s CRM system to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Market Coverage: Efficiently plan and execute sales routes to cover key areas and supermarket outlets within the UAE.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- A demonstrable and verifiable track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Practical experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Specific experience within the Pet industry and a strong understanding of the UAE market, including key areas and efficient route planning.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to own car.
- An aggressive, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills.
