Full job description
The Role
1. Administrative Tasks • Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document organization • Prepare letters, memos, and basic reports • Maintain both digital and hard copy records 2. Communication • Answer phone calls and manage emails • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal staff in Arabic and English • Translate documents and conversations when needed 3. Scheduling & Meetings • Manage calendars and set appointments • Arrange meetings and prepare minutes • Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines 4. Document Handling • Assist in preparing work orders, LPOs, and delivery notes • Ensure documents are accurate and filed properly 5. Office Support • Monitor office supplies and request replenishments • Coordinate with maintenance and service providers • Support HR or procurement departments as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email) • Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage • Background in construction or contracting is a plus
